Editing - What went wrong?

Whilst filming and planning we did not know that our opening sequence had to be only two minutes. We filmed too many scenes which meant we went over the time that was given to us and therefore our opening sequence was too long. We then had to decide which scene we had to take out; we put it to a vote and agreed that the zebra crossing seen should be taken out as that was the scene which we spent least time on and also was the scene which didn't have much footage. We will now have to make sure that our opening is two minutes only; if we need to cut more off then we will make the clips shorter for the time to fit the amount we want.

Additionally we did not know that we had to make our own soundtrack. Due to this Andreia has found some of her Alevel music friends which may be able to help us produce our own soundtrack to go with our opening sequence. Luckily she knows how to play an instrument herself. We will record the music and then add in the foley sounds to liver up the music; we may also decide to record more foley sounds if we need to.
