Planning - Potential locations

We had four potential locations where we decided to film.
Our first potential location is Andreia's house/bedroom where we filmed the bedroom scene. This room was ideal for our thriller as the main character; Mercy was having the dream and therefore a bedroom was needed. We though that this specific house was perfect because a motorway is right in front of it. Additionally this house was easily accessible as it was a group members house which was also nearby to the park where we had chosen to film in aswell as the zebra crossing alongside the park.

Our second potential location was Friern Park. We chose this specific park because it had two other locations beside it which could be used in our thriller. This park is very big and wide therefore would benefit our filming as we would have space to film in. This park consists of tree's; grass; playground equipment (swings, slides and so on). This park also had good camera angles which we could film our thriller from. Alongside this park was a zebra crossing which we decided to film on.

The zebra crossing was our third potential location as we thought it would be less dangerous and easier to film on a zebra crossing. The reason for this was because we didn't have to wait for the traffic light to instruct us to cross the road or not. Additionally this specific zebra cross was directly opposite the park we had chosen to film in which saved us time.

Our last potential location was Alisha's house for the photograph scene. We chose this house because it was local to the college which meant it would save us travel time. Another reason why we chose this house was because the space was accessible as it wasn't too small nor too big; it looked like a home more than a location which seemed to look better than a random persons house.

Overall all our potential locations were based in north London; in North Finchley and Holloway.
