All this week I have spent most of my time in the media department editing. I came to edit on the 4th of March from 12:15 to 17:00. I also came back on the 5/6 and 7th from 9:00am to 13:15 and from 14:55 to 17:00.
The reason for this was because on Friday my group wanted the dream to be in colour whereas I wanted it to be in black and white because personally I thought it made sense and since everyone was getting confused on the plot I thought that by making it black and white then they would understand that dream IS a dream about the past. I made some changes in the Final Cut Pro and on Monday I was willing to show them if they thought it was visually appealing. On Monday from 18:00 to 20:00 I was creating sound for Karma in a friend's house.
On Tuesday my aim was to add the sound I created for Karma. As well as making the bloopers however Alisha could not make it and that was left for today (the 7th (Thursday).
On Wednesday I figured that our thriller was 1 min and 38 secs and it has to be 2 mins. Therefore when I saw Violet again, I liked the idea of the re-play scene at the end and I thought that it would suit my thriller.
Today I stayed behind to put the credits in the correct order, to choose the right font for them and to finish off the extra sequence to make it 2 minutes long.
