Camera shooting points to consider

Camera:

  1. How big the memory is - make sure their is enough for out footage
  2. Battery - making sure the battery is fully charged in order to save time
  3. Does the camera have an automatic filter
  4. How far can the camera zoom in and out
  5. Is the camera still - on a stand
  6. Is the camera focused
  7. white balance and exposure

Support

Using a tripod will make a big difference to the image quality. With a tripod, the shots were steadier, giving us more time to plan our shots.
Free hand would be also useful to film our footage, but in order to do this the person in charge of the camera must keep it steady and making sure it isnt shaking. This allows us to experience in usual shots and camera positions.

Supporting moving cameras

In order for our camera shots to be successful for our thriller opening, we considered other camera shots to experience with such as 'crane' 'pan' 'tilt' and 'tracking'.
