Re-editing evaluation. (Arlington road)

Esme and i had some practise on how top make a title sequence. In class i worked on the order of the credits and how to edit a opening sequence. This was a class activity in which would be helpful when we recorded and edited our actual and practice thriller. 

What did we do? 

We were given some clips from the opening of Arlington road and were told to put them into order and then later add the sounds. We put the clips in order without looking at the original version according to how we personally think the opening would go. We struggled with deciding which clips would go after  the other however came to an agreement at the end. After we finished putting the clips in order we added the sound and music. There were foley sounds which we added of the middle aged man shouting and calling for help. We decided to get the sound from youtube as well as the sounds given to us to add into the title sequence. After we added the sounds we were then told to add in credits. We then added the credits which the font we thought would suit the scene and genre. There was a specific order in which the credits had to go in. 

What was the order of the titles/credits?

The title of the movie could go anywhere. We searched on IMBD who all these people were and from there we took their names and added them in the credits. Because we were unable to find all these people we had to improvise and use our own names. 

What did i learn? 

During this process i learnt about how to put an opening sequence in order and how to add the sounds on top of the video. I also learn how to add titles and how to change the size and font and colour. I learnt the conventional order of the title in which will help me when i make a prelim and make my own thriller opening title sequence.
