When watching 'My mad fat diaries' I saw some editing and camera shots that I think could be effective for my groups film opening because it creates a mood of psychological instability which is relevant to our films genre of a psychological thriller. Also it could be useful because we a filming a scene in a bedroom where our protagonist is having a nightmare and flashbacks which is very similar to this scene.
I think this can be used to help with my groups editing for the effects of fast editing and flashing imagery, a voice over and also the dark lighting with a variety of camera shot types, because it creates a sense of flashbacks.
